What does it mean? Art is very hard to pin point an exact meaning, this piece could me different this to many different people. To me it speaks on love. Forget how much your last lost broke your heart and don't be affair to fall in love again.
Why is it art? It's beautiful I myself was taken back by this piece and although it is not exactly pained manually it is a print and printmaking is a very accepted and renown form of artwork.
